Synced run from Forerunner 55 not showing up in All Activities

Just bought a new Forerunner 55 after having had a 405 for a few years. The first couple of runs synced perfectly but the las two haven't. Weirdly it HAS updated my steps but there is no sign of my run on "all activities". I've manually uploaded but it's very frustrating as lots of info missing and it's a brand new watch. Help please!

    Your watch was likely associated with more than a single account. The removing and adding it back helped rectifying the watch-account association. However, this operation does not and cannot recover already lost data, so it is normal than only the newly completed activity syncs back to the right account. However, the old activities should still be accessible directly on the storage of the watch in the folder //GARMIN/Activity, exactly as wrote. So if any of them are still missing, you can import them manually.
