Hi!
So, I have a forerunner 55. And here's what I did:
1. Hold down the "UP" button from the home screen
2. Go down to settings and clicked on "SYSTEM."
3. Then went down to "DATA RECORDING" and clicked on that.
4. Then saw that there was something called "LOG HRV" and it was off. So, I turned it on.
That was like 2 months ago. I haven't seen it ever tell me anything about HRV since. What does it do when you log HRV? Is it then used to calculate body battery or something?
