Hrm and zones problem

I have foreruner 55 and hrm pro plus.

I connect hrm and it works but it wont show zones. I have image.

I ajusted zones in app but it saya no zone.

Note: i use treadmil

I think it means that your current pulse is lower than even the first zone.

Can you confirm that HR zone 1 was set higher than 126 at the time? Is this still happening?

If so, may I have permission to view your Connect account and reach you via email?

I resolve that. Watch messed up my zones. Everything was bellow zone 1. What is the difference between running zones and resting zones
