I'm using this device on track and on road. I've got a latest firmware 9.03.
I usually create a workout using Connect then transfer it to the watch via phone.
Some workouts are of this type 4x1000M 4'30" rec 2'. In some case this
workouts.
When I do this training on the track I can't see the average speed expressed
in kilometer but FR55 lets me choose between 400,800,1200 and 1600 meters.
This creates a problem for me: I don't know the average pace per kilometer
but only the instantaneous speed and then the average time taken in the distance
I specified between 400,800,1200 and 1600 is displayed.
Is there anyone who can tell me if I can put the average speed for 1km when I do track training?
