Recently I have been on a couple of runs where I have paused the run, moved to another location and then restarted the run again. This really messes up the distance I have recorded and thinks I have moved that distance in a super fast time. This has affected my personal records and recorded runs. Is this normal? I am worried that if I were to go to a track event the same would occur if I was repeatedly pausing and changing my location when I restart.
(I use a forerunner 55 and it is only a dew weeks old)
