What does Power Off Option Do?

Hi!

I was wondering what would happen if I went into the control menu (I think that's what it's called; ya know, when you hold the "Light" button down) and clicked the option "Power off." Will that erase all my data or just turn off the watch?

And if it just turns off the watch, how do I turn it back on?

I'm just curious because my watch recently froze up and I considered powering it off but wasn't sure if it would delete all my data.

Any help appreciated!

    Power off would just shut off the device. You shouldn't loose data.  To restart the device just press on the light button , or connect it to a power source

    You should consider a soft reset (hold the light button in until the watch shuts down completely) , then start it again after say 15 secs.

    You shouldn't loose date with that method either.

    And what option clears the watch of all its data?

    I don't want to do that obviously, but I just want to make sure I know which option does it so I can avoid doing it :)
