Hi!
I'm currently following the Garmin Coach 5K plan with Greg McMillan. Here's the thing: my race comes about 2 weeks before my plan actually finishes. So, I'm trying to make my last week before the race a little easier. With the easy runs, that's simple to do because I can just not do the optional part that I usually do.
However, there's a really hard hour long sprint workout in my plan and I don't want to do that a few days before the race so I want to remove it from my plan.
Now, I'm wondering, what's gonna happen if I remove that workout? Will it shift all my workouts over or will I just not run that day?
