Running programme gone after server error

am 4 weeks into a 5k running programme. After the recent server error the running programme and associated data has disappeared from my phone app. How do I get it back? It seems to still be on my forerunner 55

2 ways to get your activity uploaded. Both of these will involve attaching your Garmin to a PC or Mac computer using the Garmin USB cable.

Upload your activity to Garmin Connect Web. Directions here - How Do I Manually Upload an Activity I Recorded to Garmin Connect?
Sync your activity using Garmin Express, which does require you to install it on a computer (Mac or PC).

Once your activity is uploaded using one of these methods, it will appear on both the Garmin Connect app and on Garmin Connect Web.
