I following a training to improve my running. One of the practices is to run with higher cadence. My coach suggested an app that beeps at the required stepping tempo. This is easy to follow.
When I tried to emulate this on my Forerunner, it does seem unable to do this. All I can find is a setting that beeps once I’m under or over a certain cadence range. But I would really like it to beep continuously in the required cadence. Am I missing something?
