Today's activities would not upload with either Garmin Express sync on Mac or Bluetooth sync with Garmin Connect on Android. I checked the Activity folder to upload the .fit files manually and found it completely empty. Garmin Express said I need to update watch system software to 6.04, which I already had. I updated, and not only was the activity folder still empty, but my chosen watch face was removed as well (I had the watch face for over a year with no problems). Not sure of the order of things, if the activity folder emptied before or after the software "update."
