I just got a Samsung a52s and have been unaable to connect my FR55 to it, although it would connect to my OH's a20e.
Whilst troubleshooting and getting ready for a factory reset of my watch, I have discovered three things: After syncing with Connect Web, there are no daily data since1Ith Nov (day of last activity; although there is HR etc. data in the watch itself), the watch was also an hour behind time, and I seem to have no locations folder.
Problem is compounded by the fact I also finally allowed Express to updated itself today.
Should there be a Locations folder like I see there is for other models? (I'm thinking perhaps not).
What should I do if none of this works?
