counts steps when riding a horse

Hi,

I have a problem - when riding a horse my steps are counted, but it's not my steps, it's the horse's :-(

Is there any way to turn off the step count before riding?

4600026- You would only be able to turn off Activity Tracking, but that would also affect other features. Please see What is the Activity Tracking Feature on my Garmin Watch? for everything that would be affected.
