0km distance/speed after 20 min ride

Hello,

This morning my watch report 0km distance intsead of 6.5km.

Connect show the right path on the map and have a max speed but no distance and no average speed.

It's seems correct under Strava automatic export.

Do you know how to fix the activity and how to prevent this failure?

Have the same problem. On my watch it also missing distance.. think it is a watch issue?

I took a look at your recent activities and saw the distances were recorded. Is the issue that you are seeing 0.00km, on your activity summary from the watch? What if you save it to your Connect account and then view the activities from your watch's History?

It happen again today. It recorded the data but says 0 km on the watch and garmin online.

I did a my daily suggested workout, a tempo run. During the run I have recognized that the distance counter did not increase. As well after each km I made the watch didn't told me the pace for the last. After the the full workout the run was saved on my watch with 0 km. After sync to Garmin Connect the distance of the activity was shown with "--", but the GPS track, pace and heartrate information was complete. I ran this route several times, so I just edited the distance in Garmin Connect. I have restarted the watch and deleted all my old activities. On my run today everything was fine again. It's a bug I guess. The Softwareversion on my Forerunner 55 is "6.04".
