Widgets loop is stuck on music controls.

I used to be able to browse the widgets loop normally. Now when I go to widgets by long pressing the Down button the music controls are shown immediately and cannot exit this to return to the widgets loop. I've tried a combination of buttons, short and long press, how do we get back to the widgets menu ?

Hello! Typically to get to the widget menu you will need to tap the bottom left button and not press and hold it. If you press and hold the bottom left button it will take you to the music menu and you can back out of this with the bottom right. Let me know if this doesn't help.

Hi the problem was that no combo of buttons click or hold was able to exit the music player, however the issue resolved itself eventually.
