New Garmin owner. Heart rate data stopped tracking/recording after first charge, shows live heart rate but doesnt record data. All other data was tracked and updated after first charge. A search indicated removing device from Connect and then readding deivce but still heart rate not updating. Another search indicated power device off and back on which seems to have worked as Connect now showiing recent recorded heart rate but not for period after first charge and power off. Therefore consider that there is a bug in software.
