How to set up white background on watch face?

Garmin Forerunner 55; Trying to set up the watch appearance for a family member. Struggling to find the option to customise the background colour to white like I have done on my Garmin

Hi; there is no such option. I was surprised myself. I hope an update might add this option some day.
