I have forerunner 55 and the 7 day heart rate etc not working since October. Any ideas thanks.

Is the heart rate sensor on? Is it flashing green on the back of the watch?

Have you restarted the watch?

Try updating it with Garmin Express.

It's flashing green, I've update the app but will try restarting the watch. Thanks.

I've found HR info just stops being recorded. Usually after charging my watch with it connected via USB to my PC and Garmin Express. I have to restart the watch to get HR info recording working again.
