I have been running 5 to 6 days a week at intervals from 30-60 minutes per run for coming up on two months now. VO2 Max shows I am only getting 0.5 days a week of vigorous activity. I cannot figure out how to make VO2 Max identify the runs I am doing. My heart rate and duration exceeds that set by VO2 Max, but it still does not register in VO2 Max. Any input would be appreciated as VO2 Max was part of my reason for getting this particular watch.
