My watch shows my activity but I can't get it on my garmin connect/strava.

I have seen this question multiple times before here, but with the solutions I can't get my app to work. But I have an activity which won't upload. (the upload appears to be malformed and we are unable to process it.)

5249216, attach it to this thread. We can look to see if it is repairable.

Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
Or upload the fit file to a file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc., make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.
