My activity on my forerunner 35 won't sync this keeps happening

This has happened a few times where the activity from my forerunner 35 does not sync. I can see the activity on my watch just can't sync it to the Garmin Connect.

There is no problem with this file. Try a manual upload to Garmin Connect - How Do I Manually Upload an Activity I Recorded to Garmin Connect?

I have the same kind of problem. Activity didn't appear in connect. Manual upload didn't work ("We don't support the file type you tried to import"). Any chance I can get it fixed?

Some suggestions to help minimize the occurrence of corrupt fit files on a Forerunner 35

Sync your watch, backup the \GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder, then do a full master reset of your Forerunner 35 using these directions - Restoring All Default Settings
Perform a weekly cleanup of the \GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder using these directions - Removing Recorded Activities to Free Up Space
Please report back here when you encounter corrupted files again

* Requires a licensed version of Fit File Repair Tool on a Windows computer with Microsoft Access installed.

I also am having as issue with my forerunner 35. It synced all of my information except for my run. I opened up the file and tried to manually upload it and it won't do it so it must be corrupted. Can I upload it here? I have it zipped and on my Google drive... Here's the link
