Corrupt .fit file

Hi there!

Could someone help me fix this corrupt file? I think it's was caused by low battery and/or too many files on my device.

You could be right with the assumption

care to add some additional info

while waiting for the repair report back here :

the amount of FIT files in the ACTIVITY folder on your FR35
- (when folder contains many fit files time for a backup/clean operation)
the amount of FREE memory on your FR35
- (when low FREE memory, check above and below answer)
are you a MAC user
- (empty BIN on device)
was this activity with a long duration or distance compared to previous activities
- ( long ones use more memory )
was this activty with a pause somewhere during the activity

I think it was because I paused it a couple times. I did a longer trail run and stopped to eat/drink.

hi, sorry to hear about your mishap again (lost sat fix ! twice)

some advice

contact Garmin Support by phone and tell them about your mishap

get a case number and report that number in the forum
you can help others with building a larger case this way
mac users empty bin when device connected

avoid pausing during activities

clean activity folder on a regular base
