FIT file corrupted

This is the second time a run has not sync to the app but appears on my forerunner 35. Annoyingly the first time it happened it was my longest run and I spent hours trying use loads of tools to sort it out. It happened again on Thursday. Can anyone help me please?

run your fit files through Fit File Tool's section remover

import these fit files manual from within Garmin Connect Web

when this fails

with your consent we can have a look at your files with FitFileRepairTool

zip the fit files and upload here in the forum

or provide a link to them on a cloud storage

or send them via pm

are these two fit files from the ACTIVITY folder from your FR35 ?

I ask because of the names

it has only recorded three seconds of activity data

make sure before a long activity to clean the ACTIVITY folder

you said it was a long run with a defect fit file

did you post the right file ?
