The attached seems to be corrupt and will not sync to Connect. I tried the online tool I usually use, but this one seems to be worse than others. I converted to .csv at one point and there were many records that start with "Error."

guess from the first error onwards every data is shifted and unrecognisable for the tool
your fit file contained two corrupted data records
removed two corrupted records, updated file length and recalculated file checksum
when many fit file in your ACTIVITY folder, time for a backup/clean operation ?
when possible contact Garmin Support and tell them about your mishap
