Corrupted .fit files that won't upload to Garmin Connect/Express

This activity was slightly longer than my recent activities (but do many activities that are longer).

I paused many times on this activity, much more than usual.

Thanks very much for your reply! I've attached the file this time.

• 32 FIT files in the ACTIVITY folder 

• ACTIVITY folder says there's 2.8 MB available 

• I am a Mac user so will empty bin

• Yes, this activity was about double the duration and distance of my usual ones

• Yes there were probably several small pauses of a couple of minutes each max

Hi guys, been using my Garmin 35 for a couple of years now and have experienced my first corrupt file.  Is there anything that can be done with this?  Tried a fix on http://garmin.kiesewetter.nl/ but it didn't seem to extract much but the start and end... Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There were about 50 .fit files (now deleted).  Normal type of distance at 11k (but third activity today which isn't usual).

Thank you so much @OnlyTwo - I was pleased with myself when I'd caught my breath so this is great...will clear the .fits once they are synced going forward in case that was the issue.

Not a great record to have with 7 errors!
