Run not appearing in personal records

My second fastest 5k run has not transferred over to the list of personal records. Any idea why and how to fix?

Just to add....I've noticed now it's a couple of 'fastest' runs that haven't transferred

I just noticed that my list of Personal Records is goofy. Many of the rankings are out of order on Connect's list (e.g. within the Marathon, or within 5k, etc.); also many that should be in the list or even #1 PR are missing entirely. Something is way off...
