Pause music when activity paused

I just upgraded to the 265 from a non-music 245. During a run, if I pause the run, how do I get the music to pause also? I want music when I run, no music when I stop to talk with someone, stop for a stop sign so I can hear cars better, etc.

As far as I know, there's no way for the watch to pause the music automatically when you stop. You have to manually pause it. (Hold the down button for a second, then press the start/stop button to pause.) Or if your headphones support gestures like tapping, you can pause the music by tapping the headphones.
