Using forerunner 265 with latest firmware and garmin connect app with the latest update. Still the audio prompts when running are not working.

Same problem here. Though the prompts work fine when I connect my headphones directly to the watch.
They no longer play through the Garmin Connect app

I'm experiencing the exactly same problem 165. Didn't change any config/setting and the watch stop to providing audio alerts. Visual alerts still working with no changes.
The very one point I became suspicious about is that it like to start to happens after a software update.
I already did a complete check on the settings. Tuning off and on again. Turning the watch off/on and Nothing!!
I thinking in do a reset but afraid of lose some data!
Please Help.!!!

Since we have had no feedback from Garmin. I've done e complete reset.
Some trouble to get the back up running... but after many tries it has work and like magic the audio came t work again.
I would recommend to uninstall/reinstall the Connect app, restart the watch, and unpair/repair the device in the Connect app/Bluetooth Settings.
If the issue persists you are more than welcome to do a reset on the device, just make sure that you remove the watch from the Connect app/Bluetooth settings that way you can repair it.
