HRV no training status

I have had my 265s since April 2024, but I have never had a training status. 

I have worn it consistently every night, I get a recorded HRV but despite doing 2 factory resets and always wearing my watch I have no HRV status and no training status. 

I'm relatively fit and healthy and want to improve my fitness but this lack of HRV status and training status defeats the point of the watch. 

My HRV is quite low, average 23, but I was lead to believe that no matter how low I should still have a baseline?

Anyone got any ideas or suggestions?
