Fix the Naps

Since the last update, I'm back to getting 2-3 naps a day detected on my FR265. They are anywhere from 20 minutes to 2 hours each. They always improve my recovery and sometimes improve my body battery, but sometimes they do not impact my body battery at all while improving that recovery. Problem is, I am not taking any naps. If I catch these, I can delete them off Garmin Connect. More often than not, GC tells me my sleep was poor and the nap was too late in the day. I did not nap though. 

Not sure if this is related to the fact that my body battery does not recharge hardly at all. I get a higher body battery if I don't wear the watch overnight. 

(But HRV is steady, load is optimal and performance stats are good. I use an external HRM for activities.)
