Hi! I recently (6 weeks ago) started taking a GLP1 and my RHR has increased a little and HRV gone down. The result of this is that Garmin now repeatedly says I'm strained/unproductive and that my V02 Max has reduced by 5 points in 5 weeks. I'm in the middle of marathon training and am in the best shape ever, so this doesn't make sense to me. Can anyone help? I'd prefer not to have to re-set everything, but at the same time, the Garmin data is currently useless to me. For info, my BMI is healthy, I'm taking the GLP1 for blood-sugar regulation and I'm an experienced long distance runner.
