bewegingsmelding herstellen

Hello everybody, on my forerunner, everyday I get several notitfications on my watch stating 'bewegingsmelding herstellen' (which would be "restore movement detection' if I translate it). movement detection is on, but what should i do to 'restore it'? If anybody can help, that would be great.

  • I think that's the Garmin move alert:

It's telling you that you've been inactive for too long, so the watch wants you to move around for a little bit.

    • Move Notification: An alert that will display the notification "Let's Get Moving" accompanied by a vibration or tone based on the model of device. This will display after one hour of inactivity and reset after a couple minutes of walking.

In the past, some built-in Garmin watchfaces had a segmented move alert bar which would gradually empty as you stayed inactive. Modern Garmins don't have the move alert bar anymore, but you can still see it in some 3rd-party Connect IQ watchfaces, like Crystal:

Here it's the horizontal blue bar with 5 segments, below the hours and minutes.
