Forerunner 265 interface lag

Hi all, For the past 2 days, my 265 has had really bad lag (of a few seconds) when opening the glances menu. It is better when glances are opened but also see the problem when I go to start an activity or move through or select settings.

Have tried a soft and hard reset.

Running 24.12

    My 965 is OK. Try a software reinstall if you haven't already and see if that helps.

    Settings, About press light button 8 times, select reinstall software

    Hi. Thanks for taking the time to respond. I have just tried that.  Issue still occurs unfortunately.

    Hi. Sure. See attached. Same thing happens when I go into different screen or if I pause and resume an activity. Thanks
