Will alcohol throw off Garmin?

I don’t drink alcohol too often but had a couple of glasses of wine with my early Father’s Day dinner. When I woke up and checked my morning report I received a readiness score of 1 and my long run was changed to a rest day. I felt perfectly fine and did a long run anyway since I am 2 weeks away from a HM and didn’t want to skip the long run. I’m wondering if anyone else has had similar experiences.
