Stuck on software version 19.18

Hello, I just bought my forerunner 265 a week ago and it still wont update. Ive tried everything, factory resets, uninstalling the connect app and connect IQ app on my phone, checked for manual updates on garmin express, the connect app, and the watch itself. If anyone has advice please help me out, i cant download any apps or watch faces.

Have you spoken to Support? Use the chat option thats how I normally start. See bottom of this link

Maybe try a software reinstall and see of an update works after that.

Go to Settings , About

Press light button 8 times

Select Reinstall software

I had an issue (not related to yours at all) with my FR965 today after the 23.20 update (it decided not to work on glance after the update) and running this reinstall sorted the issue.

No idea if it will help but worth a bash
