Invalid strength activities

Hello,

Sometimes my strength activities from Garmin Strength Coach are invalid and while they still count to my load etc and I can view them on my watch, they are not synced to Garmin Connect, leading to missing workouts in Garmin Coach Plans. When viewing them on my watch and selecting "All stats", these activities are always labelled "Invalid 0:59" instead of "[date] [time of day]".

I noticed that sometimes my watch is prompting me with a "Missed workout" when I have that workout already on my screen and it's not missed, then I can select "Do workout (the supposedly missed one)" and I don't get this prompt anymore but it's literally the same workout. Maybe that's causing the bugs? On the other hand, when I don't get the prompt, in most cases it would still be a valid activity that can sync to Garmin Connect. Another possibility could be pausing the workout as sometimes the scheduled break between the last set of the primary lift and the next exercise is not long enough to de-rack everything and prepare for the next lift. I've read that pausing running activities can lead to invalid activities.

I'm able to recover my heart rate data with one of the online repair tools, but only as "Other" activity so the sets, reps, weights are not recovered and after importing the repaired activity I can't link it to the Garmin Coach Plan anyway.

Did anyone experience something similar or has any ideas what is causing this and how to prevent it in the future?
