PSA Mac OS 15.4 / Garmin Express 7.25.0 Music Sync Issue:
As of OS 15.4 Garmin Express 7.25.0 has lost the ability to sync or clear the caches it uses to manage music on the Garmin 265.
May be an access or permissions issue, this has happened on previous versions of Express. If anyone else is having the issue switch to a 3rd party MTP app until Garmin fixes it for us
