I'm doing a complex set of time-based warm-up exercises with short intervals e.g. 30 seconds.
I get 10 minutes into this, and the Forerunner 255 loses its place or something. I look down and the interface is on some stupid listing screen that I didn't ask for and that makes no sense.
From that point, there seems to be NO WAY to get back to the interface I'm using to navigate the workout. No matter what I do, I can't get back to the screen I want, and while I'm trying to find my place, the timer keeps going on to the next thing - which I can no longer see the prompts for.
There is NO WAY to go backwards in the workout. There's no "I missed the last step fiddling with your trash interface" button.
Workout ruined; time wasted. I *hate* Garmin for this garbage, nonfunctional, jumping-around interface.
I have tried EVERY button on the watch. NONE of them just go back to the correct screen. They either stop the workout or "lap" - jump farther into the workout that is already blown because the stupid watch is jumping around and can't back up.
Anyone got a suggestion for deleting this stupid listing screen - or how to get from it back to the screens I want to be on?
