Can't connect with HRM-Pro

My HRM pro has stopped connecting to my FR265. From my records the first time it stopped was a week ago and looking at the recorded activities I saw the last time it worked my watch was on update 22.22 and when I next wore it my watch had updated to 22.24 and it wasn't listed as connected. It hasn't connected since. Wondering if anyone else is having that problem? The battery appeared fine and I did replace it around 3 months ago. The last time it was connected the battery status was listed as: "Ok".

  • Replace the battery and see if it works again. Although you replaced it 3 months ago it can be dead. The HRM Pro is still one of the straps that die soon after battery replacement. My Pro Plus also says battery status OK and two days later I see a low battery warning. I can't remember how long it will last then. I just replace the battery. Isn't a big thing with the Pro Plus.

  • Thanks. I changed the battery and it worked again. It was just a coincidence that it stopped working between the update change over. Surprised it did die so soon. Maybe I'll try a new brand next time if this one (same brand as the one I put in a few months ago) also seems to drain pretty quickly.
