Hi, I have a problem pairing my FR265 with the Garmin connect mobile app on ios18 and iphone 16. I also tried pairing it with a different phone, redmi note 14 pro with android 14, but neither device detects the FR265. I removed and reinstalled the app from clean but nothing. Can anyone help me? thanks
Try to connect the watch directly to the computer using the USB cable. You must have the GARMIN EXPRESS
SOFTWARE software installed in your computer.
Then, try to updated your watch using the software. Maybe you watch had a failure updating progress and upgrading the watch using the computer will fix this.
