Start activity list empty

After updating to 22.24, my list of available activities is empty except for the one custom I had set up.

This also includes all the settings I had set up for the different activities, data screenes and the like.

Are there any way to get them back, or do I have to start over?

    Strange. 

    I keep a backup of my device drive on my computer so i can pull them back if things go awry.

    Did you have backup and Restore working on your device , then you could do a restore from the backup.

    Or maybe just maybe do a software reinstall and see if it fixes itself. Go to Settings , About and press light button 8 times then reinstall software.

    I had a backup from a bit before the update in the garmin connect app. It didn't fix the list of activities, but it did fix the data screens of the activities.
