I am thinking of getting a 265 but it would be the PERFECT watch for me if it had the ECG sensor. I am hoping the 275 will come out soon, but if it's not going to have ECG I may as well just get the 265 since who knows then the 275 will actually come out. My 55 came out in 2001 and there still isn't a 65. I haven't been able to find any information on the 275 but maybe someone here has. Has anyone heard if the 275 will have the ECG sensor?
