Brand new forerunner 265 won’t charge

My Forerunner 265 won’t charge. I got a replacement but I still won’t charge. I love the watch but I am at the end of my tether and don’t know what i’m doing wrong. I had my first watch a month, followed all the advice online. Got a replacement and still having the same problem so starting to think it’s me! I don’t have a computer to plug it into. I used my iPhone lightning charger plughead initially, which did work but now doesn’t work at all (inc with my phone!).

I’m going to contact garmin support (again) tomorrow but any ideas what the problem might be?!

I am having the same issue with my Forerunner 265s which is only a few months old. I have tried three different chargers, in different wall sockets and they don't work. One of them will flash like its going to charge, but then stops. I have tried cleaning the pins and still nothing works. I love the watch functionality but really annoyed by the charging mechanism.

I have contacted Garmin support and waiting for an answer too.

I am having the same issue. Second watch. Same issue. Works once on a charger then not again. This happened after a bit with my first watch too. Did either of you find a solution?

My issue from 5 months was resolved by a new charger from Garmin. I put in a ticket, they did get back with me and I had to take pictures of the chargers I was using. They diagnosed the issue with the chargers I had and sent me a new one. I haven't had a problem since then.

I tried a new cable, that didn’t work. Eventually after a lot of back and forth with Garmin they sent me a new watch which thankfully does charge.
