Hi Garmin Team,
IMy wife loves using the Forerunner 265s, but I’ve noticed an issue with the Training Readiness score. My wife has ADHD, and her doctor has explained that people with ADHD naturally get less deep sleep than the general population. Since Garmin heavily weighs deep sleep in Training Readiness, her score is always extremely low (1-2), even when she feels fine and performs well in workouts.
It would be great if Garmin introduced:
An ADHD Mode that adjusts the algorithm for those with naturally lower deep sleep.
The ability to customize the weight of sleep in Training Readiness, so users can set a more realistic balance between sleep, HRV, and recovery.
A way to focus more on HRV trends instead of just sleep duration.
This change would help many users with ADHD or other sleep-related conditions get more accurate recovery data. I know Garmin is all about personalization, so I hope this can be considered in a future update.
Thanks for your time, and I appreciate the amazing products you create!
Best,
Jonas
