Factory reset help

I know i'm missing something in the instructions...

I powered the F265s off

I powered it on holding power (upper let) and back (bottom right)

Instructions said to hold them until i hear a beep. Then release the power. But I don't hear a beep and the screen goes dark.

I've done this 6+ times.

What am i doing wrong?

I did this with my 965.

Hold in power button (Top Left) ONLY. (not as you say I powered it on holding power (upper let) and back (bottom right))

Then release it for a moment , holding in the Right Top and Bottom buttons

After first beep, release top right

After second beep release bottom right

Then you should get a cog wheel and restart,

I had to redo all my settings etc

Also remove your device from GC app and Phone BT settings as you need to re-pair it

Worked perfectly. Everything is working. Just afraid to use it until i hear the OK from Garmin
