I have set for garmin coach plan for 21km asign to 5day/week, the provided for me:
Tue: Tempo run
Wed: Easy run
Thu: Threshold
Fri: Easy run
Sun: Longrun
But in Monday i have to play badminton it's too hard to Tempo run in Tuesday
There's anyway for me to set schedule like:
Tue: Easy run
Wed: Tempo run (speed day)
Thu: Easy run
Fri: Threshold (speed day)
Sun: Longrun
