FR 265 stoped working

My FR 265 wrist sensor just stoped working 4 days ago, the lights doesn't blink anymore. My Watch doesn't give any HR during rest or activities, any sleep metrics or the distance during treadmill run. It seems to happen after the latest upgrade, but i'm not sure. How can I fix this?

Have you already tried a restart? If it doesn't help, try a factory reset.

Look at the sensor system versions under about

if WHR is 0.0.0. the update didn't work correctly and you need to contact Garmin Support.

Or maybe try update with PC connection to Express.

Many items on these forums with the 0.0.0. issue so search them maybe some other solutions there.
