Forerunner 265 - bug v21.20 update.

My watch is not updating and every 1 hour it shows a notification saying to update it. How may I fix it? I have tried connecting to PC Garmin Express but still doesn't stop the update software notifications.

If you long-hold the middle left button and scroll UP to System > Software Update, does it show that there's an update available? You may need to select Check for Updates. If there is an update showing as available, can you try to install it? Let me know what happens and if I may have permission to reach out via email if necessary. Thank you!

Yes, it does. I've also tried going to System > About and pressing lock a couple times to reinstall software but still doesn't work. What should I do? It's getting annoying to reiceve dozens of messages throughout the day
