Version 21.20 Bug: Gesture Off is reset at every restart

Version 21.20 introduced a new bug where the setting Gesture > Off is reset every time the watch is switched off and back on.

The toggle shows as Off, but it's not. To fix it, you need to toggle it back on and then off.
