Hi, after pairing my h10 sensor to my watch, how do I see this sensor on the watch whilst on an activity? Seems the watch heart sensor is the one on display with no sign of the h10, and I have paired the sensor! Thanks

You can check under sensors and accessories to verify it is connected, but this is obvious. Are you looking for something else?
Thanks, I see it's connected but then how do I get to view the h10 heart rate on my watch ? I assume the 265 is the heart rate I'm seeing, so I'm trying to work out how to see the h10 heart rate, are there two heart rate readings on the 265 ? What I'd like is to see the h10 when I've connected this to the 265 otherwise I don't see the point in connecting an ext hr? Thanks
You need to start an activity. External sensors disconnect otherwise as soon as you leave the sensor menu. Once an activity is started, you should see a banner confirming the sensor is connected; while it establishes connection, you might see a pulsing heart icon, then the banner, then a steady heart icon.
As the activity is started, you can still go the sensor menu to double check.
Otherwise, there is still a chance the watch is displaying the wrist sensor data. This is the case when you have dynamic source switching on, and the watch determines the chest strap data is not reliable. It will then use the wrist HR data.
Other than in this corner case, all HR data is coming from the connected strap.
