Don’t understand run on garmin coach for tomorrows workout

I have recently bought the 265s and set up the garmin coach so that I can run a marathon distance on Christmas Day. My workout tomorrow says Warm Up intensity target 9.30 miles est distance 1.6 miles. Which I understand however the run says; 5 Times 0:10 intensity target 4.45 min miles rest 3.00 - not sure how to actually do this or I being really thick and overthinking ? Stuck out tongue closed eyes

  • Generally it shows a picture of the workout graphs. I would assume this is 5 by (10 secs at 4.45 followed by 3 min rest) so run 10 secs at 4:45 rest 3 min and that sequence repeat 5 times.  This is likely a "sprint" classification workout looking at similar on my suggestions.
