I have recently bought the 265s and set up the garmin coach so that I can run a marathon distance on Christmas Day. My workout tomorrow says Warm Up intensity target 9.30 miles est distance 1.6 miles. Which I understand however the run says; 5 Times 0:10 intensity target 4.45 min miles rest 3.00 - not sure how to actually do this or I being really thick and overthinking ?
